Completed interval means that portion of a well bore or lateral that is:
Notice to Proceed (NTP) means the authorization issued by the CO to start performance on this Contract.
Service Commencement Date means the date the Transmission Provider begins to provide service pursuant to the terms of an executed Service Agreement, or the date the Transmission Provider begins to provide service in accordance with Tariff, Part II, section 15.3 or Tariff, Part III, section 29.1.

Issuer Call Commencement Date means the first Business Day following the three year period from and including the Issue Date;
Commissioning Date means that date when construction of the contemplated Project is complete, and the Maintenance Term commences;
Full Notice to Proceed means that all material third party contractors have been given the notice to proceed with construction by the Capacity Market Seller or its agent, with a guaranteed completion date backed by liquidated damages.
Notice to Proceed means notice issued by the OPWC pursuant to Section IV of this Agreement. "OPWC" means the Ohio Public Works Commission created pursuant to Revised Code Section 164.02.
Notice of assessment means a written notice by the division, based on a citation, that the employer must pay the amount of wages, penalties, or fines assessed.
Scheduled Completion Date shall be the date set forth in Clause 10.3;
Shipment Date , in relation to a mineral, means —
Distribution Commencement Date means the Issue Date or such other date as may be specified as the Distribution Commencement Date on the face of such Perpetual Security;
Metering Date for a Billing Period, means the midnight of the last Day of the calendar month.
Books Closure Date means the date and time to be determined by the Manager on which the register of Unitholders will be closed for the purpose of determining the entitlements of Unitholders to a Distribution;
Project Commencement Date means the commencement date notified to the Minister pursuant to clause 4(1);
Payment Commencement Date means the date payments of amounts deferred begin pursuant to Article III, Section 6.
Commissioning Period has the meaning set forth in Attachment T.
Delivery Year means the Planning Period for which a Capacity Resource is committed pursuant to the auction procedures specified in Tariff, Attachment DD, or pursuant to an FRR Capacity Plan under Reliability Assurance Agreement, Schedule 8.
SWS wage assessment agreement means the document in the form required by the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations that records the employee’s productive capacity and agreed wage rate
Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;
Election Date has the meaning specified in Section 312(h).
Scheduled Commissioning Date or “SCD” of the Project shall mean [Insert Date];
Starting Date means the date referred to in Clause 3.3 hereof;
Completion Date means the date of completion of the Services by the Service Provider as certified by the Procuring Entity
Billing Commencement Date means the earlier of:
Final Scheduled Distribution Date means, with respect to the Class A-1 Notes, the Distribution Date in [_______]; with respect to the Class A-2 Notes, the Distribution Date in [_______]; with respect to the Class A-3 Notes, the Distribution Date in [_______]; with respect to the Class B Notes, the Distribution Date in [_______]; with respect to the Class C Certificates, the Distribution Date in [_______]; and with respect to the Class D Certificates, the Distribution Date in [_______].
Offering Commencement Date means the first day of each Offering Period.
