The Parties agree that with the development of different phases, the Maintenance Charges will be calculated taking into consideration the services being provided for the management and maintenance of the Completed Phase(s) of the Whole Project.
Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;
Solar PV Project means the solar Photo Voltaic Power project that uses sunlight for direct conversion into electricity through Photo Voltaic technology.
The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid. The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.
Large project means, for purposes of the Soft Cost Ratio limitation in Section 3.F, a Project with more than 24 Housing Credit units.
Project Completion means the date, as determined by the Division after consultation with the Recipient, that operation of the Project is initiated or is capable of being initiated, whichever comes first.
Scheduled Construction Period means the period commencing from the Appointed Date and ending on Scheduled Completion Date;
