Completion Deed of Trust definition

Completion Deed of Trust means a deed of trust or mortgage or similar Lien in favor of a land seller that secures deferred purchase price payable by the Project Owner upon partial or full completion of onsite and/or offsite improvements (including for example grading, streets and utilities) in the applicable Subdivision that are being constructed and developed by the land seller.
Completion Deed of Trust means a deed of trust or mortgage in favor of a land seller that secures deferred purchase price payable by the Project Owner upon partial or full completion of onsite and/or offsite improvements (including for example grading, streets and utilities) in the applicable Approved Subdivision that are being constructed and developed by the land seller after the acquisition of title to the Approved Subdivision by the Project Owner.

Related to Completion Deed of Trust

  • Construction Agreement as used in this subsection means an agreement between Seller and any contractor or subcontractor to install the System;

  • Construction Completion means physical construction of a cleanup action component is complete.

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Project Funding Agreement means an agreement in the form of Schedule F that incorporates the terms of this Agreement and enables the LHIN to provide one-time or short term funding for a specific project or service that is not already described in Schedule A;

  • Phase 2 means the second implementation phase of this section, beginning June 1, 2022 and continuing thereafter.

  • Deed of Trust means this Deed of Trust, Assignment, Security Agreement and Fixture Filing, as the same may from time to time be extended, amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified.

  • Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;

  • Phase 1 means the first implementation phase of this section, beginning June 1, 2018 and ending May 31, 2022.

  • Completion Date means the date of completion of the Services by the Service Provider as certified by the Procuring Entity

  • Project Loan Agreement means the Project Loan Agreement dated as of the date hereof among the Borrower, the Governmental Lender and the Fiscal Agent, as amended, supplemented or restated from time to time.

  • Project Completion means completion of the Redevelopment in accordance with this Agreement to the state where the whole of the Xxxxxx Shopping Centre, as so redeveloped, is capable of occupation for its intended purpose;

  • Construction Contract or “contract” means a written agreement between a contractor and a public agency for the construction, alteration, demolition, or repair of a facility, other than a contract having a dollar value of less than $30,000.00 or a contract that provides for 3 or fewer payments.

  • Deed of Covenant means in relation to the Ship the deed of covenant collateral to the Mortgage for the Ship and creating charges over the Ship, its Earnings, Insurances and Requisition Compensation required to be executed hereunder by the Borrower in favour of the Security Trustee in the agreed form;

  • Construction Phase means that Phase of the Project which shall commence after the Authority provides the Trade Contractor with written Notice to Proceed with the Construction Phase.
