Completion Inspection definition

Completion Inspection means an inspection of the Building Works by the Employer’s Agent with a view to issuing a Practical Completion Certificate;
Completion Inspection has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 4.6. “Concession” has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1.
Completion Inspection means the settlement and inspection organized by the Employer after the Contract receives the assessment acceptance certificate, completes the wind-up work and rectification of defects, and submits the completion inspection report, completion documents, and completion settlement documents according to this contract.

  • If any of the items on this list prevents the Project from being used as intended, Contractor shall not request a Substantial Completion Inspection.

More Definitions of Completion Inspection

Completion Inspection means inspection to be conducted to confirm appropriate completion of construction work in terms of quality and safety.
Completion Inspection or "Substantial Completion Inspection" for a Component or Phase of the Development means the inspection of that Component or Phase of the Development by the Architect of Record, Tenant and RDC pursuant to Section 7.13 of this GDA.

Related to Completion Inspection
