Completion of the Facilities definition

Completion of the Facilities means that the Facilities (or a specific part thereof where specific parts are specified in the Scope of Work) have been completed operationally and structurally and put in a tight and clean condition and that all work in respect of Commissioning of the Facilities or such specific part thereof has been completed as per the Scope of Work.

Related to Completion of the Facilities

  • Project Facilities means all the amenities and facilities situated on the Site, as described in Schedule-C;
