  • If Bxxxx delivers written notice to Seller stating that Seller has not delivered all of the Completion Documents or that the Development Work (except the Post Completion Work) is not complete as provided in this Agreement, then the “Completion Date” shall be deemed to have occurred on the date that Buyer and Seller have reasonably agreed that Seller has corrected or fulfilled all deficiencies.

  • NTP3 and NTP4, if issued, shall authorize the acceleration of Early Completion Work.

  • Substantial Completion: Work of STONE INDUSTRIAL PARK PHASE A shall commence within ten (10) calendar days of the date of Notice to Proceed.
