Complex Implementation definition

Complex Implementation means Onboarding Services to implement data feeds that: (1) are not listed in the definition of a Standard Implementation; or (2) require Onboarding Services that exceed 180 hours of MX staff time to complete. Only those hours exceeding 180 hours will be treated as a Complex Implementation if MX’s services pertain to the feeds listed in the definition of a Standard Implementation.   • Projects means the projects identified in Exhibit A to the Agreement and all other projects, any costs of which are included in a Transitional Capital Plan pursuant to the Act or are Recovery Costs, and financed, by payment or reimbursement, with the proceeds of Bonds or Notes.

  • Development Work means the conduct of preclinical and clinical trials, the compilation of the regulatory dossier concerning Licensed Products and the conduct of other work necessary or useful for obtaining Regulatory Approval of Licensed Products.
