Compliance Materials definition

Compliance Materials has the meaning set forth in Section 5.3(b).
Compliance Materials means, as to either Party, such Party’s internal compliance policies and procedures as recorded in such Party’s books and records.
Compliance Materials means the test programs, guides, documentation and other materials identified in the Technology Specific Attachment(s) for use in establishing that Covered Code is a Compliant Implementation, as may be revised by Original Contributor from time to time.

  • Customer agrees to return all Compliance Materials to Stericycle at Customer’s expense at the expiration or termination of this Agreement.

  • Customer may not copy or distribute the Compliance Materials in any manner, not use or republish the Compliance Materials for or to any third party or audience, including but not limited to business/trade groups or associations, xxxxxxxx of commerce, professional, fraternal or educational associations or reciprocating or cooperating service providers.

  • Stericycle may charge Customer a fee for failure to return Compliance Materials at the expiration of the Term or a restocking fee for return of materials prior to the expiration of the Term.

  • In estimating its share of resources subject to the CAM, each LSE should refer to the most recent year- ahead CAM resource list available on the Commission’s Resource Adequacy Compliance Materials webpage.2 The year-ahead CAM list reflects the contract start and end dates of Commission approved CAM resources.

  • Course Materials means lectures, exercises designed for online collaboration, multimedia developed for Web distribution, notes, outlines, syllabi, bibliographies, tests, instructional handouts, videotaped presentations and any like materials and documents (whether in electronic or other medium) that a member of the bargaining unit authors or creates in connection with the preparation or teaching of a course at a University.

  • Compliance Order means an order issued by the Code Enforcement Officer pursuant to subdivision (a) of section 15 of this local law.

  • Training Materials means any and all materials, documentation, notebooks, forms, diagrams, manuals and other written materials and tangible objects, describing how to maintain the Facilities, including any corrections, improvements and enhancements thereto to the Bloom Systems which are delivered by Operator to Owner, but excluding any data and reports delivered to Owner.

  • SAP Materials means any materials (including statistical reports) provided, developed or made available by SAP (independently or with Customer’s cooperation) in the course of performance under the Agreement, including in the delivery of any support or Professional Services to Customer. SAP Materials do not include the Customer Data, Customer Confidential Information or the Cloud Service. SAP Materials may also be referred to in the Agreement as “Cloud Materials”.

  • IP Materials has the meaning given to it in clause E8.1 (Intellectual Property Rights).

  • Manufacturing Materials means parts, tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, plans, drawings, and information produced or acquired, or rights acquired, specifically to fulfill obligations set forth herein.

  • Compliance Report means, as applicable in relation to the test being conducted, a report containing the results of the Compliance Tests carried out by State Street.

  • Compliance Review means an inspection of the home, grounds, and files to determine compliance with these regulations.

  • Information Disclosure Requirements means the requirements to disclose information under:

  • Compliance schedule means a schedule of events, by date, which will result in compliance with these regulations.

  • Material Compliance Matter has the same meaning as the term defined in Rule 38a-1, and includes any compliance matter that involves: (1) a violation of the federal securities laws by Distributor (or its officers, directors, employees, or agents); (2) a violation of Distributor's Rule 38a-1 policies and procedures; or (3) a weakness in the design or implementation of Distributor's Rule 38a-1 policies and procedures.

  • ABS Informational and Computational Material means any written communication as defined in Item 1101(a) of Regulation AB under the 1933 Act and the 1934 Act, as may be amended from time to time.

  • Web Site Accessibility Standards/Specifications means standards contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 206.

  • Compliance Statement is that certain statement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.

  • Due Diligence Materials means the information to be provided by Seller to Purchaser pursuant to the provisions of Section 4.1 hereof.

  • Program Materials means the documents and information provided by the Program Administrator specifying the qualifying EEMs, technology requirements, costs and other Program requirements, which include, without limitation, program guidelines and requirements, application forms and approval letters.

  • Customer Materials any materials, data, information, software, equipment or other resources owned by or licensed to You and made available to Us pursuant to facilitating Your use of the Services, including Customer Data.

  • Instructional materials means relevant instructional

  • Input Material means all documents, information, representations, statements and materials provided by Customer or a third party on behalf of Customer, relating to the Services, including computer programs, data, logos, reports and specifications and inventories.

  • Product Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.12(a).

  • Biological Materials means certain tangible biological materials that are necessary for the effective exercise of the Patent Rights, which materials are described on Exhibit A, as well as tangible materials that are routinely produced through use of the original materials, including, for example, any progeny derived from a cell line, monoclonal antibodies produced by hybridoma cells, DNA or RNA replicated from isolated DNA or RNA, recombinant proteins produced through use of isolated DNA or RNA, and substances routinely purified from a source material included in the original materials (such as recombinant proteins isolated from a cell extract or supernatant by non-proprietary affinity purification methods). These Biological Materials shall be listed on Exhibit A, which will be periodically amended to include any additional Biological Materials that Medical School may furnish to Company.

  • Project specific information means such part of the Instructions to Consultants used to reflect specific project and assignment conditions.

  • Patient identifying information means an insured's address, telephone number, facsimile number, electronic mail address, photograph or likeness, employer, employment status, social security number, or any other information that is likely to lead to the identification of the insured.

  • Supplier Materials has the meaning given in clause 8.1(h).

  • Standard Materials means all Materials not specified as Custom Materials.

  • Environmental Information Regulations means the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 and any guidance and/or codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner or relevant government department in relation to such regulations.
