Component Price definition

Component Price means for any IPE Business Day, the official IPE settlement price per barrel , quoted for such day by the IPE, of the Reference Contract and;
Component Price means, at any time, (i) if the Exercise Price is determined pursuant to clause (i) of the definition thereof, (a) with respect to Class L Common, and all other Components included in a Unit by reason of the operation of Sections 9 and 10 with respect to Class L Common, 75% of the Fair Market Value of such Component(s), (b) with respect to Class A Common, and all other Components included in a Unit by reason of the operation of Sections 9 and 10 with respect to Class A Common, 75% of the Fair Market Value of such Component(s) and (c) with respect to the Preferred, and all other Components included in a Unit by reason of the operation of Sections 9 and 10 with respect to the Preferred, 75% of the Fair Market Value of such Component(s), in each case subject to adjustment under Sections 9 and 10, and (ii) if the Exercise Price is determined pursuant to clause (ii) of the definition thereof, (a) with respect to Class L Common, and all other Components included in a Unit by reason of the operation of Sections 9 and 10 with respect to Class L Common, $7,602,247.19 minus any applicable Floor Debits, (b) with respect to Class A Common and all other Components included in a Unit by reason of the operation of Sections 9 and 10 with respect to Class A Common, $844,694.13 minus any applicable Floor Debits and (c) with respect to the Preferred, and all other Components included in a Unit by reason of the operation of Sections 9 and 10 with respect to the Preferred, $3,975,031.21 minus any applicable Floor Debits, in each case subject to adjustment under Sections 9 and 10.
Component Price means in relation to a Cash Instrument Unit, the Cash Instrument Price and following an Interest Rate Hedge Event, in relation to a Bond Unit, the Bond Price;

More Definitions of Component Price

Component Price means the price for each BCS Kit Component (including components for BCS Kits that are included as part of PBDS Kits) as set forth on Exhibit D, which shall be subject to annual adjustment by mutual agreement of the parties. If, for any given calendar year, the parties cannot agree to an adjustment by October 1st of the immediately preceding year, the price for each BCS Kit Component shall be adjusted by the percentage change in the Producer's Price Index for the prior year over the preceding calendar year.

Related to Component Price

  • Adjustment Price means the lowest Underlying Price within the Adjustment Period after the Underlying Price is for the first time equal to or below the Adjustment Threshold.

  • Current Price means, with respect to any Reference Obligation on any date of determination, the Calculation Agent’s determination of the net cash proceeds that would be received from the sale on such date of determination of such Reference Obligation, net of the related Costs of Assignment. If Counterparty disputes the Calculation Agent’s determination of the Current Price of any Reference Obligation, then Counterparty may, no later than two hours after Counterparty is given notice of such determination, (a) designate up to two entities, each of which shall be either (i) an Approved Buyer or (ii) a Dealer of credit standing acceptable to Citibank in the exercise of its reasonable discretion and (b) provide to Citibank within such two-hour period with respect to each such Approved Buyer or Dealer a Firm Bid with respect to the entire Reference Amount of the Reference Obligation. The higher of such two Firm Bids will be the Current Price. The “Current Price” shall be expressed as a percentage of par and will be determined exclusive of accrued interest.

  • Component Balance With respect to any Component and any Distribution Date, the Initial Component Balance thereof on the Closing Date, (A) plus any increase in the Component Balance of such Component pursuant to Section 4.02 due to the receipt of Subsequent Recoveries, (B) minus the sum of all amounts applied in reduction of the principal balance of such Component and Realized Losses allocated thereto on previous Distribution Dates.

  • Adjusted Conversion Price means the lesser of the Fixed Conversion Price or the Floating Conversion Price one day prior to the record date set for the determination of stockholders entitled to receive dividends, distributions, rights or warrants as provided for in Sections 4(c)(ii), (iii) and (iv).

  • Subordinate Component Balance For any of Loan Group I, Loan Group II, Loan Group III, Loan Group IV or Loan Group V, as of any date of determination, the then outstanding aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans in that Loan Group minus the sum of the then outstanding aggregate Class Principal Balance of the related Classes of Class A Certificates.

  • Settlement Price means the agreed upon price at which to purchase and sell a specified type and quantity of a commodity.

  • Conversion Percentage means, (A) the number of Class B Ordinary Shares being converted, divided by (B) the total number of Class B Ordinary Shares issued and outstanding (i.e. up to 1,000).

  • Adjustment Fraction shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11(a)(i) hereof.

  • Interest Component Each future interest payment, or portion thereof, due on or prior to the Maturity Date, or if the Debt Security is subject to redemption or repayment prior to the Maturity Date, the first date on which such Debt Security is subject to redemption or repayment.
