Compound Supply Plan definition

Compound Supply Plan means the supply plan under which JE will provide Compound to Agouron in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.04.
Compound Supply Plan means the plan for supplying the Genentech Compound for the Study, attached as Exhibit C.
Compound Supply Plan means the plan for supplying the Corvus Compound for the Study, as set forth in Exhibit B hereto.

  • If Syndax determines that the quantities of the Genentech Compound specified in the Compound Supply Plan are not sufficient to reach Study Completion, Syndax shall so notify Genentech.

Compound Supply Plan means a mutually agreed, written plan for supplying the Non-Sponsor Compound for a given Study. The Compound Supply Plan is attached in Exhibit B. The Compound Supply Plan for supplying the Genentech Compound (for use in the BioLineRx Heme-Study(ies)) is in Exhibit B, Part I, and the Compound Supply Plan for supplying the BioLineRx Compound (for use in the Genentech Solid Tumors-Study(ies)) is in Exhibit B, Part II.

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.
