Concentration Component definition

Concentration Component means, on any date, an amount equal to the Concentration Factor multiplied by the Net Receivables Balance as of the close of business of the Servicer on such date.
Concentration Component means, on any date, the greatest of: (a) the Concentration Percentage for all Group B Obligors, (b) two (2) times the Concentration Percentage for all Group C Obligors, or (c) four (4) times the Concentration Percentage for all Group D Obligors.
Concentration Component means, on any day, the greater of (i) the product of (a) the Base Concentration Limit, multiplied by (b) 5, or (ii) the sum of the Obligor Concentration Limits for the largest five (5) Group E Obligors.

  • Alcohol concentration means the number of grams of alcohol per:

  • Net concentration means the difference between the concentration of a given substance in a sample taken of the discharge and the concentration of the same substances in a sample taken at the intake which supplies water to the given process. For the purpose of this definition, samples that are taken to determine the net concentration shall always be 24-hour composite samples made up of at least six increments taken at regular intervals throughout the plant day.

  • Concentration Limit means at any time for any Obligor, the product of (i) such Obligor’s Specified Concentration Percentage, times (ii) the aggregate Unpaid Balance of the Eligible Receivables included in the Receivables Pool at the time of determination.

  • Concentration Limitations Limitations satisfied on each Measurement Date on or after the Effective Date and during the Reinvestment Period if, in the aggregate, the Collateral Obligations owned (or in relation to a proposed purchase of a Collateral Obligation, owned and proposed to be owned) by the Issuer comply with all of the requirements set forth below (or in relation to a proposed purchase after the Effective Date, if any such requirement is not satisfied, the level of compliance with such requirement is maintained or improved after giving effect to the purchase), calculated in each case as required by Section 1.3 herein:

  • Excess Concentration Amount means, at any time in respect of which any one or more of the Concentration Limitations are exceeded, the portion (calculated by the Borrower or the Servicer without duplication in accordance with Section 1.04) of the Receivable Balance of each Collateral Receivable that causes such Concentration Limitations to be exceeded.

  • Concentration Accounts has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex C.

  • Development Location Point means a single point selected by the Applicant on the proposed Development site that is located within 100 feet of a residential building existing or to be constructed as part of the proposed Development. For a Development which consists of Scattered Sites, this means a single point on the site with the most units that is located within 100 feet of a residential building existing or to be constructed as part of the proposed Development.
