Concentration Limit Percentage definition
Concentration Limit Percentage shall have the meaning contemplated by the definition of Dealer Concentration Limit.
Concentration Limit Percentage means, on any date:
Concentration Limit Percentage means (a) for any Obligor that has a short-term debt rating from S&P of "A-1+" (or its equivalent), 9% (b) for any Obligor that has a short-term debt rating from S&P of at least "A-1" and from ▇▇▇▇▇'▇ of at least "P-1" (or its equivalent), 7%, (c) for any Obligor that has a short-term debt rating from S&P of at least "A-2" and from ▇▇▇▇▇'▇ of at least "P-2" (or its equivalent), 5%, and (d) for all other Obligors, 3.5%; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that in the case of an Obligor with any Affiliated Obligor, the Concentration Limit Percentage shall be calculated as if such Obligor and such Affiliated Obligor are one Obligor.

Concentration Limit Percentage has the meaning set forth in the definition of Dealer Concentration Limit. “Control”, with respect to any Federal Book Entry Security, means that:
Concentration Limit Percentage with respect to a Dealer shall mean the percentage applicable to such Dealer pursuant to the definition of Dealer Overconcentration.
Concentration Limit Percentage for any Obligor means, at any time, the percentage determined for such Obligor at such time pursuant to Schedule VI hereto, including any Special Concentration Limit Percentage, to the extent applicable.
Concentration Limit Percentage means (a) with respect to all Account Debtors, other than Con Edison, twenty-five percent (25%) and (b) with respect to Con Edison, fifty percent (50%).
Concentration Limit Percentage means (a) for any Obligor that has a short-term debt rating from S&P of "A-1+" (or its equivalent), 9% (b) for any Obligor that has a short-term debt rating from S&P of at least "A-1" and from Moody's of at least "P-1" (or its equivalent), 7%, (c) for any Obligor that has a short-term debt rating from S&P of at least "A-2" and from Moody's of at least "P-2" (or its equivalent), 5%, and (d) for all other Obligors, 3.5%; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that in the case of an Obligor with any Affiliated Obligor, the Concentration Limit Percentage shall be calculated as if such Obligor and such Affiliated Obligor are one Obligor.
