Concessionaire Related Parties definition

Concessionaire Related Parties means any of the following: (a) the Selected Bidder or Associates of the Selected Bidder; (b) an officer, servant, employee or agent of the Concessionaire acting in that capacity; (c) any Subcontractor engaged by the Concessionaire and their directors, officers, servants, employees or agents acting in that capacity; or (d) any Person acting on behalf of the Concessionaire.

  • Parent Related Parties shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.3(c).

  • Company Related Parties means, collectively, (i) the Company and its Subsidiaries; and (ii) the former, current and future holders of any equity, controlling persons, Representatives, Affiliates, members, managers, general or limited partners, stockholders and assignees of each of the Company, its Subsidiaries and each of their respective Affiliates.
