Concessionaire Related Parties definition

Concessionaire Related Parties means any of the following: (a) the Selected Bidder or Associates of the Selected Bidder; (b) an officer, servant, employee or agent of the Concessionaire acting in that capacity; (c) any Subcontractor engaged by the Concessionaire and their directors, officers, servants, employees or agents acting in that capacity; or (d) any Person acting on behalf of the Concessionaire.

Examples of Concessionaire Related Parties in a sentence

  • Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, the Concessionaire shall be responsible to the Authority for the acts and omissions of the Concessionaire Related Parties as if they were the acts and omissions of the Concessionaire and the Authority shall be responsible to the Concessionaire for the acts and omissions of the Authority Related Parties as if they were the acts and omissions of the Authority.

  • The Concessionaire shall, as between itself and the Authority, be responsible for the selection of and pricing by all the Concessionaire Related Parties.

  • The Concessionaire shall comply with and shall ensure that the Concessionaire Related Parties comply with Law regulating work safety.

  • Provided however, the Concessionaire and the Concessionaire Related Parties shall not be liable for any delay or any other non-performance of its obligations under the Concession Agreement, if such delay or non-performance is solely and directly attributable to suspension of IM Services (or any part of the IM Services) in accordance with this Clause 8.2.

  • Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, the Concessionaire shall be responsible as against the Council for the acts and omissions of the Concessionaire Related Parties as if they were the acts and omissions of the Concessionaire and the Council shall be responsible as against the Concessionaire for the acts and omissions of the Council Related Parties as if they were the acts and omissions of the Council.

Related to Concessionaire Related Parties

  • Parent Related Parties means each of Parent, Merger Sub, any of their respective former, current or future equityholders, controlling Persons, limited or general partners, managers, members, Affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, attorneys, stockholders, assignees or Representatives.

  • Contractor Related Parties means any affliates of the Contractor and the Contractor's executive officers, Pennsylvania officers and directors, or owners of 5 percent or more interest in the Contractor.

  • Seller Related Parties means Seller and its Affiliates, and their respective fiduciaries, shareholders, equity holders, members, managers, partners, directors, divisions, officers, managers, executives, employees, independent contractors, freelancers, consultants and other Representatives, and the successors and assigns of each of them.

  • Company Related Parties means, collectively, the Company and the Company Subsidiaries and any of their respective former, current or future stockholders, managers, members, directors, officers, employees, agents, advisors, other representatives or successors or assignees of any of the foregoing.

  • Related Entities means contractors and subcontractors of a Party at any tier; grantees, investigators, customers, and users of a Party at any tier and their contractors or subcontractor at any tier; or, employees of the Party or any of the foregoing.

  • Parent Related Party means Parent, Merger Sub, the Lender (as defined below), or any of their respective former, current and future general or limited partners, shareholders, financing sources, managers, members, agents, directors, officers, employees or Affiliates (excluding any Company Related Party).

  • Purchaser Related Parties has the meaning specified in Section 6.1.

  • Agent-Related Persons means Agent, together with its Affiliates, officers, directors, employees, attorneys, and agents.

  • Affiliated Persons or "AFFILIATES" means

  • Tenant Parties means Tenant, any affiliate of Tenant, any permitted subtenant or any other permitted occupant of the Premises, and each of their respective direct or indirect partners, officers, shareholders, directors, members, trustees, beneficiaries, servants, employees, principals, contractors, licensees, agents, invitees or representatives.

  • Related Party(ies) means, with respect to any Person, such Person’s Affiliates, and the partners, members, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, trustees and advisors of such Person and of such Person’s Affiliates.

  • Seller Related Party means Seller and its officers, directors, employees, controlling persons, agents and representatives and their respective successors and assigns.

  • Permitted Persons means (A) the Company; (B) any Related Party; or (C) any group (as defined in Rule 13b-3 under the Exchange Act) comprised of any or all of the foregoing.

  • Invitees means employees, workers, visitors, guests, customers, suppliers, agents, contractors, representatives, licensees and other invitees.

  • Company Related Party means the Company and its Subsidiaries and any of their respective former, current and future officers, employees, directors, partners, shareholders, management members or Affiliates (excluding any Parent Related Party).

  • Related Parties means, with respect to any Person, such Person’s Affiliates and the partners, directors, officers, employees, agents, trustees, administrators, managers, advisors and representatives of such Person and of such Person’s Affiliates.

  • Related Party Agreements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.19 herein.

  • Affiliated Party means, with respect to any Purchaser, any person or entity which, directly or indirectly, controls, is controlled by or is under common control with such Purchaser, including, without limitation, any general partner, officer or director of such Purchaser and any venture capital fund now or hereafter existing which is controlled by one or more general partners of, or shares the same management company as, such Purchaser.

  • Exculpated Parties shall have the meaning set forth in Section 13.1 hereof.

  • Unrelated Person means any Person other than (i) a Subsidiary of Borrower or (ii) an employee stock ownership plan or other employee benefit plan covering the employees of Borrower and its Subsidiaries.

  • Agent-Related Person has the meaning assigned to it in Section 9.03(d).

  • Non-Party Affiliates has the meaning set forth in Section 10.15.

  • Non-Participating Home Infusion Therapy Provider means a Home Infusion Therapy Provider who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Licensee Parties has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 5.1.

  • Designated Persons means a person or entity (a) listed in the annex to, or otherwise subject to the provisions of, any Executive Order; (b) named as a “Specially Designated National and Blocked Person” (“SDN”) on the most current list published by OFAC at its official website or any replacement website or other replacement official publication of such list (the “SDN List”) or is otherwise the subject of any Sanctions Laws and Regulations; (c) in which an entity or person on the SDN List has 50% or greater ownership interest or that is otherwise controlled by an SDN.

  • Concert Parties means such persons as are deemed to be Acting in Concert with Mediahuis or INM (as the context so requires) pursuant to Rule 3.3 of Part A of the Takeover Rules, and such persons as are Acting in Concert with that party;
