Concessionary Activities definition

Concessionary Activities means all activities exercised by virtue of a public law agreement or a private law agreement which purpose is to put the Issuer or one of its Subsidiaries (the "Concession Holders") in charge of the conception, financing, construction and/or development of an infrastructure, a project and/or service in exchange for a remuneration consisting in whole or in part of fees, toll or revenues paid by the users of the infrastructure, project or service, or calculated, in whole or for a substantial part, by reference to the operating income or the performance or the availability of the infrastructure, project and/or service (including when all or part of such remuneration is definitively acquired starting on a certain fixed date agreed between the parties).

Related to Concessionary Activities

  • Agreement Area means those parts of the area of the Determination as set out in Schedule B.

  • Projects means the projects identified in Exhibit A to the Agreement and all other projects, any costs of which are included in a Transitional Capital Plan pursuant to the Act or are Recovery Costs, and financed, by payment or reimbursement, with the proceeds of Bonds or Notes.

  • Permitted Activities The primary activities of the trust created pursuant to this Agreement which shall be:

  • operating site means a site, other than an aerodrome, selected by the operator or pilot-in-command or commander for landing, take-off and/or external load operations;

  • Eligible activities or "eligible activity" means 1 or more of the following:

  • Major life activities means functions such as caring for one's self, performing manual tasks, walking, seeing, hearing, speaking, breathing, learning and working.

  • Intrascholastic Activities means athletic or non-athletic/academic activities where students compete with students from within the same school.

  • Power production activities means any business operation that involves a project commissioned by the government of Iran whose purpose is to facilitate power generation and delivery, including, but not limited to, establishing power-generating plants or hydroelectric dams, selling or installing components for the project, providing service contracts related to the installation or maintenance of the project, as well as facilitating such activities, including by providing supplies or services in support of such activities.

  • Stationary beam radiation therapy means radiation therapy without displacement of one or more mechanical axes relative to the patient during irradiation.

  • Stormwater management planning area means the geographic area for which a stormwater management planning agency is authorized to prepare stormwater management plans, or a specific portion of that area identified in a stormwater management plan prepared by that agency.

  • Project Start Date means the first Milestone Start Date specified in Schedule B;

  • Project Services means architectural, engineering services, land surveying, construction management at-risk services, ancillary technical services or other construction-related services determined by the board to be required by the project.

  • associated facilities means all associated track structures, over and under track structures, supports (including supports for equipment or items associated with the use of the Network), tunnels, bridges, train control systems, signalling systems, communication systems and associated plant, machinery and equipment from time to time but only to the extent that such assets are related to or connected with the Network but does not include any sidings or yards;

  • drilling means the act of boring a hole to reach a proposed bottom hole location through which oil or gas may be produced if encountered in paying quantities, and includes redrilling, sidetracking, deepening, or other means necessary to reach the proposed bottom hole location, testing, logging, plugging, and other operations necessary and incidental to the actual boring of the hole;

  • Construction Activities means the disturbance of soils associated with clearing, grading, excavation activities or other construction-related activities.

  • fruitless and wasteful expenditure means expenditure that was made in vain and would have been avoided had reasonable care been exercised;

  • Operators means the Access Provider and the Access Seeker collectively.

  • Business Activities shall be deemed to include any activities which are included in the Company's Business now or during the effective period of this Agreement.
