Conclusions. The results of this study suggest that certain measures of crowding, such as the ones used here, may be associated with asthma while others may not. Many of the previous studies were conducted in countries that may not be comparable with one another so differences may be observed based on the population attitudes towards crowding. Further sensitivity analysis on multiple methods of calculating crowding and its associations with asthma may be warranted.
Conclusions. We observed consistent positive associations between schooling and dietary diversity at the individual level. We also observed individual-level pathways from schooling through voice with husband to dietary diversity in a rural sample and from income-earning through decision-making to dietary diversity in an urban sample, but no community-level pathways.

Conclusions. The rate of SIDS in this cohort declined steadily from 1988-2004, a trend also observed in the general population during this period. Significant risk factors for SIDS for infants in this study included maternal drug use during pregnancy, no prenatal care, and low birth weight. Race, gender, and breastfeeding were not significantly associated with SIDS. HIV-infection was only a significant risk factor for SIDS among infants dying during the first year of life.
Conclusions. We found fair correlation but poor agreement between the self-reported and accelerometer-based assessments of MVPA used in this study. For sedentary time, both correlation and agreement between the two methods were poor. Studies of colon cancer survivors using these self-report measures are likely to have a considerable amount of exposure misclassification.
