Drug Use definition

Drug Use means the use of marijuana in such a manner as to impair the work performance of the officer and further means the use in any manner of any other substance defined by the laws of the State of Illinois as a controlled substance except by the prescription of a medical practitioner;

Drug Use. If the applicant or any household member is currently engaged in illegal use of a drug OR shows a pattern of illegal use that may interfere with the health, safety, or right to peaceful enjoyment of other residents, the application will be rejected.

Drug Use means any ingestion including but not limited to smoking, injecting, absorbing, sniffing, or inhaling of any drug not prescribed, administered, or provided to the user by a licensed physician, their authorized agent, or practitioner allowed to do so by Idaho statute.

In addition, unless the employee’s contribution to the accident can be completely discounted, employees involved in an accident as defined by the FTA regulations shall abstain from alcohol consumption until he or she has been tested or until eight hours has elapsed. All covered employees are prohibited from performing or continuing to perform safety-sensitive functions while having an alcohol concentration of 0.04 or greater. A positive alcohol test is defined under this policy as a blood alcohol concentration of 0.02 or greater on an evidentiary breath-testing device.
