Confidential employees of the State of New Jersey means

Confidential employees refers to someone who assists and acts in a confidential capacity to manage personnel and has regular access to confidential information about future bargaining strategy or changes that the employer anticipates may result from collective bargaining.

Confidential employees of a public employer means employees whose functional responsibilities or knowledge in connection with the issues involved in the collective negotiations process would make their membership in any appropriate negotiating unit incompatible with their official duties.

• The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive certified collective bargaining representative of all employees whose job classifications and rates of pay are set forth in Appendix "A" of this Agreement, except those who are Supervisors and Confidential employees within the meaning of the Minnesota Public Employment Labor Relations Act, as amended, those who are otherwise excluded by the Act, and all other employees.
