CONFIDENTIAL TECHNOLOGY definition

CONFIDENTIAL TECHNOLOGY means all technology and know-how disclosed hereunder that is, at the relevant time hereunder, protected or required to be protected by both parties hereto as confidential information pursuant to Section hereof.

CONFIDENTIAL TECHNOLOGY means all technology that is, at the relevant time hereunder, protected or required to be protected as confidential information pursuant to Section 10 hereof.

CONFIDENTIAL TECHNOLOGY means all Technology, and all information in or concerning patent applications included in the Patents, provided, however, that Licensee need not keep confidential any information that: (a) at the date of its disclosure by Tufts to Licensee was known to Licensee as documented in Licensee's files and is revealed to Tufts within thirty (30) days after Tufts' disclosure to Licensee; or (b) at the date of disclosure by Tufts to Licensee was, or thereafter becomes, through no fault of Licensee, publicly known through publication or so widely known and used that it can be said to be generally available to the public.

CONFIDENTIAL TECHNOLOGY means those portions of the processes, know-how, technologies, and trade secrets embodied or included in the IGT or OEM Software and/or IGT or OEM Hardware that have been developed by or for or acquired by IGT or OEM and that are not generally known to competitors of IGT or OEM.
