OEM Software definition

OEM Software means NetApp proprietary Filer operating system and related software or firmware used in the OEM Products.
OEM Software means versions of Liquid Audio Reference Software as modified for OEM Products.

  • It is explicitly agreed that OEM may bundle or integrate the Software with the OEM Software only and in no way may the Software be bundled with or integrated in any other product whatsoever.

OEM Software means any one or more of the computer programs in object code form listed in Schedule A2 as of the Effective Date and such additional programs as Changepoint and OEM hereinafter may agree to in writing by the amendment of Schedule A-2 and includes Upgrades thereto made generally available by OEM to its customers.   • SAP Software means: (i) any and all software products and Cloud Services licensed to Customer under the License Agreement as specified in software order forms or Cloud Service Order Forms (or other order forms, schedules or appendices as applicable) thereto; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to the respective support agreement or warranty obligation and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.

  • Company Software means Software owned or purported to be owned by or developed by or for the Company or any Company Subsidiary.

  • Application Software means Software formulated to perform specific business or technical functions and interface with the business or technical users of the System and is identified as such in Appendix4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Application Software.

  • Standard Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Standard Software.

  • Operating Software means those routines, whether or not identified as Program Products, that reside in the Equipment and are required for the Equipment to perform its intended function(s), and which interface the operator, other Contractor-supplied programs, and user programs to the Equipment.
