Configuration and Deployment Services definition

Configuration and Deployment Services means: (i) standard deployment services, such as Basic Deployment Services, ProDeploy or ProDeploy Plus services, as described in the corresponding Service Descriptions, available at xxx.xxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/xxxxxx; or (ii) standard configuration services, including the service features and offerings described in the corresponding Service Agreement(s), available at xxx.xxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/xxxxxx, or from the Supplier sales representative, as applicable, such as Static and Dynamic Imaging, Asset Tagging, Asset Reporting, standard System Configuration services (BIOS Settings, Hard Drive Partitioning, Application Installation and Operating System Settings). Configuration and Deployment Services for Client Products are subject to the applicable Service Agreement(s).

Examples of Configuration and Deployment Services in a sentence

  • Support Services and the Configuration and Deployment Services are subject to the additional terms contained in the applicable Service Agreement(s).

  • Any additional costs which may arise from the failure to comply with this provision will be borne by the supplier.

  • The Computer Equipment will be at the Contractor’s sole risk for any loss or damage until the Contractor has completed the Configuration and Deployment Services in respect of the Computer Equipment.

  • In these cases, the completion of the Configuration and Deployment Services set out in Section 2.1(a) to (e) will be referred in this Agreement as a “Partial Deployment”.

Related to Configuration and Deployment Services

  • Procurement Services shall refer to a business unit of OGS, formerly known as New York State Procurement (“NYSPro”) and Procurement Services Group (“PSG”).

  • Development Services “Target Market”; “Investment Areas”; and “Targeted Populations” have the meanings ascribed to such terms in 12 C.F.R. 1805.104.

  • Container station and depot services means activities consisting in storing containers, whether in port areas or inland, with a view to their stuffing/stripping, repairing and making them available for shipments.

  • Outpatient services means those services rendered in a practitioner’s office or in the department of an approved facility where services are rendered to persons who have not had an overnight stay and are not charged for room and board.

  • Implementation Services has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Payment Services means such Services as We provide in relation to payments into and out of Your Account.

  • Case management services means planned referral, linkage, monitoring and support, and advocacy provided in partnership with a consumer to assist that consumer with self sufficiency and community tenure and take place in the individual’s home, in the community, or in the facility, in accordance with a service plan developed with and approved by the consumer and qualified staff.

  • Administration Services means the services required for the effective and efficient administration of Bonitas and includes, but are not necessarily limited to, member record management, contribution management, benefit option management, claims processing and management, management of members’ personal, claims and financial information and any other services that are required for the administration of Bonitas;

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Community support services means services authorized,

  • Maintenance and Support Services means the services provided by Contractor under Appendix F.

  • Software Services means services that Customer provides to you that make available, display, run, access, or otherwise interact, directly or indirectly, with the Products. Customer must provide these services from data center(s) through the Internet, a telephone network or a private network, on a rental, subscription or services basis, whether or not Customer receives a fee. Software Services exclude any services involving installation of a Product directly on any End User device to permit an End User to interact with the Product.

  • Database Management System (DBMS) A system of manual procedures and computer programs used to create, store and update the data required to provide Selective Routing and/or Automatic Location Identification for 911 systems. Day: A calendar day unless otherwise specified. Dedicated Transport: UNE transmission path between one of CenturyLink’s Wire Centers or switches and another of CenturyLink’s Wire Centers or switches within the same LATA and State that are dedicated to a particular customer or carrier. Default: A Party’s violation of any material term or condition of the Agreement, or refusal or failure in any material respect to properly perform its obligations under this Agreement, including the failure to make any undisputed payment when due. A Party shall also be deemed in Default upon such Party’s insolvency or the initiation of bankruptcy or receivership proceedings by or against the Party or the failure to obtain or maintain any certification(s) or authorization(s) from the Commission which are necessary or appropriate for a Party to exchange traffic or order any service, facility or arrangement under this Agreement, or notice from the Party that it has ceased doing business in this State or receipt of publicly available information that signifies the Party is no longer doing business in this State.

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Collection Services means all of the duties and obligations of the Contractor hereunder.

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • Home health aide services means the personal care and maintenance activities provided to individuals for the purpose of promoting normal standards of health and hygiene.
