Confirmation Letters definition

Confirmation Letters means those certain letters dated the Amendment Date between on the one hand GECC and GE Tennessee and on the other hand, PAG with respect to its Indemnification Agreement or PTLC and Penske System, Inc. with respect to their Indemnification Agreement.
Confirmation Letters means those certain Confirmation Letters, each dated as of April 21, 2017, between the Issuer and the holders, or representatives of holders, of the Exchanged Notes.
