UK Collateral Documents definition

UK Collateral Documents means, individually and collectively, as the context may require, (a) the UK Debenture and (b) any other security agreements or collateral documents governed by English law executed and delivered by any Loan Party in connection with this Agreement.

UK Collateral Documents means the Constar UK Guarantee and Indemnity, the Constar UK Deed of Charge and Assignment and the UK Charge Over Shares.
UK Collateral Documents means (a) the ETEL Shares Charge, (b) the U.K. Composite Shares Charge, (c) the U.K. Security Agreement, (d) the U.K. Guaranty, (e) the U.K. Trust Agreement and (f) the Security Assignment of Escrow Agreement and Escrow Account, dated as of the Third Amendment Effective Date, by and among the U.K. Borrower and the Administrative Agent.
UK Collateral Documents means the U.K. Debenture and the U.K. Share Charges executed by the U.K. Loan Parties and Local Law Collateral Documents in respect of the Equity Interests of First-Tier Foreign CFC Subsidiaries that are U.K. Subsidiaries pursuant to Section 4.02 and all similar agreements entered into by the U.K. Loan Parties granting a Lien upon property of any U.K. Subsidiary as security for payment of the Obligations of the U.K. Loan Parties pursuant to Section 6.12.
UK Collateral Documents means an English law governed deed of charge over the shares of the UK Guarantor entered into by the Borrower in favour of the Collateral Agent and an English law governed all assets debenture executed by the UK Guarantor creating a security interest over all of its assets, in favour of the Collateral Agent and any supplement or security accession deed thereunder.
UK Collateral Documents means the UK Share Charge and any collateral assignments, security agreements, pledge agreements, account control agreements or other similar agreements granted by a UK Loan Party delivered to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 6.13 and/or Section 6.14 (including with respect to a Foreign Lien Trigger Event) or pursuant to any other Loan Document and which is governed by English law.
UK Collateral Documents means the guaranty and the collateral documents to be made by the UK Subsidiary in favor of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties as contemplated by the definition of UK Subsidiary Accession Date.
UK Collateral Documents means the debenture dated August 14, 2014 between the UK Loan Parties and the Administrative Agent, the share pledge dated August 14, 2014 between Aegion Rehabilitation Services Limited and the Administrative Agent in respect of the shares in Corrpro Companies Engineering Ltd. and the share pledge dated the First Amendment Effective Date between the Cypriot Loan Party and the Administrative Agent in respect of the shares in Aegion Rehabilitation Services Limited.
