Confirmation Scheduling Order definition

Confirmation Scheduling Order means the order of the Bankruptcy Court (i) approving the Disclosure Statement and fixing the date for the hearing on confirmation of the Amended Plan; and (ii) fixing the date for filing and serving objections to confirmation of the Amended Plan.
Confirmation Scheduling Order means the order to be entered by the Bankruptcy Court (a) scheduling the Confirmation Hearing, (b) establishing the deadline to accept or reject the Plan, and (c) establishing the Confirmation Objection Deadline.
