Connectivity Services Contract definition

Connectivity Services Contract means the BT contract for the supply of ethernet services detailed at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xx.xx/orpg/home/products/ethernetservices/contracts/xxxxxxxxx.xx “Contract” means the Conditions, Schedule 1, Schedule 2, Schedule 3, Schedule 4 and Schedule 5 the relevant sections of the Openreach Price List, the elements of the Ancillary Documents that are expressly incorporated by reference into this Contract,, the Contract Form and the Order;

  • In no event shall Services or Products outside the scope of the Telecommunication Connectivity Services Contract be migrated under this section.

Interconnection Customer:

  • Interconnection Service means the physical and electrical interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System pursuant to the terms of Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI and the Interconnection Service Agreement entered into pursuant thereto by Interconnection Customer, the Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider. Interconnection Service Agreement:

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Utility Services means physical plant including but not limited to pipes, valves, conduits, cables, terminals, transformers, etc. owned and operated by communications, television, hydro, gas and oil companies or any other utility companies.

  • Project Management Plan means the management plan that (i) sets out a high level workplan to describe the manner in which the Design-Builder will manage the Project, including to address related matters such as traffic management and communications, and (ii) is prepared by or for the Design-Builder and submitted to the Owner;

  • Interconnection Provider means PacifiCorp Transmission.

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two (2) 64 Kbps bearer channels and one (1) 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • Technical Services Agreement means the Technical Services Agreement between Cheniere LNG, Inc. and Contractor, dated June 7, 2010.

  • Wireless services provider means a person who provides wireless services.
