Consent List definition

Consent List means a section of the Regular Meeting agenda containing recommendations from the Clerk as to their disposition, all of which may be adopted by one motion of Council.
Consent List means a section of the regular meeting agenda. Items placed on the Consent List may not require consideration, or may be received for information only, and may be approved with one resolution by Council. Council may select and move any item from the Consent List to Committee of the Whole for consideration.
Consent List has the meaning specified in Section 8.07(a).

Examples of Consent List in a sentence

  • All Subscriber Contracts listed on the Subscriber Contract Consent List for which Consent is obtained by Closing or a Non-Election Notice is not timely received shall be assumed by GCI pursuant to this Agreement as part of the ACS Assets, and all Subscribers under such Subscriber Contracts shall be included in the Actual Postpaid Subscriber Count or the Actual Prepaid Subscriber Count, as applicable.

  • On the earlier of 30 days after the Signing Date or 15 days before the estimated Closing Date, ACS shall provide copies of all Contracts listed on the Subscriber Contract Consent List for which Consent has not been obtained.

  • No later than five Business Days after the delivery by ACS to GCI of such Contracts, GCI shall notify ACS in writing of any Contracts listed on such updated Subscriber Contract Consent List that it elects not to assume if Consent with respect thereto is not obtained by Closing (each such notice, a “Non-Election Notice”).

  • All Subscriber Contracts listed on the Subscriber Contract Consent List for which Consent is not obtained by Closing and a Non-Election Notice is timely received shall not be assumed by GCI and will be Excluded Assets.

  • The Company shall cooperate with Purchaser, and use its best efforts to, prior to the Closing, to obtain all third party consents to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement which shall be listed on the Required Consent List, or which are otherwise required in connection with the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

  • All Subscriber Contracts listed on the Subscriber Contract Consent List for which Consent is not obtained by Closing and a Non-Election Notice is timely received shall not be assumed by GCI and BUS_RE/5486564.1 will be Excluded Assets.

Related to Consent List

  • Construction Schedule means a construction schedule indicating the planned start and completion dates of the major activities of the Work as set out in Appendix [ ], a future Appendix;

  • Approved List means Securities followed by the Global Fundamental Research Group and tracked on the Approved List. Securities may be added, removed, or undergo periodic ratings changes.

  • Consent Agenda means a portion of a meeting that lists items of business which are routine in nature and do not require substantial discussion and/or debate.

  • Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.

  • DQ List has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.04(e)(iv).

  • List of Approved Contractors means a list developed by each Transmission Owner and published in a PJM Manual of (a) contractors that the Transmission Owner considers to be qualified to install or construct new facilities and/or upgrades or modifications to existing facilities on the Transmission Owner’s system, provided that such contractors may include, but need not be limited to, contractors that, in addition to providing construction services, also provide design and/or other construction-related services, and (b) manufacturers or vendors of major transmission-related equipment (e.g., high-voltage transformers, transmission line, circuit breakers) whose products the Transmission Owner considers acceptable for installation and use on its system.

  • Implementation Schedule means the Implementation Schedule in Section VII of the tendering documents.

  • Shift Schedule means a written statement setting forth the days and hours upon which the employees are required to work.
