Lender, Bondowner Representative, the Title Company, the Inspecting Architect, Consultants and their representatives shall have access to the Property at all reasonable times and shall have the right to enter the Property and to conduct such inspections thereof as they shall deem necessary or desirable for the protection of the interests of Lender and Bondowner Representative.

Inspecting Architect. The independent architect, engineer or consultant (whether one or more) selected by Lender to advise Lender with respect to any Project.

Inspecting Architect means an independent architectural or engineering firm employed by the Agent with respect to a Mortgaged Property. The Borrower may submit to the Agent a list of suggested architectural and engineering firms for consideration by the Agent. The Agent shall not, however, be obligated to select or retain an Inspecting Architect from such list.

Inspecting Architect means Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, or any successor from Security National Bank thereto with the Consent of the Special Limited Partner. The Inspecting Architect shall make regular inspections of the construction site, but at least prior to each draw request for payment by the contractor , to confirm that construction and renovation of the Improvements are in conformance with the Plans and Specifications. The Inspecting Architect will sign-off on all the draw requests made by the Contractor and provide the documents specified in Section 14.3(a) of this Agreement.
