Construction Documents Application definition

Construction Documents Application means an application for Approval of the Construction Documents submitted in accordance with this DRDAP.

  • The applicant shall have the opportunity to make changes to and resubmit the Construction Documents Application from time to time.

  • Promptly following the Agency Director’s receipt of a revised Construction Documents Application, the Agency Director shall review and consider such Application in accordance with the procedure set forth in this Section VII.D. The approval of the Agency shall not override the review authority of DBI under the standards and procedures of the Applicable City Regulations.

  • The Agency staff shall provide final comments on each Complete Construction Documents Application within sixty (60) days (for Applications pertaining to buildings one hundred and thirty (130) feet in height and under) or within eighty (80) days (for Applications pertaining to buildings over one hundred and thirty (130) feet in height) following the Agency’s determination that the Construction Documents Application is a Complete Application.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, if one or more Vertical Developers submit a subsequent Construction Documents Application for a different Lot within fifteen (15) days of the date of submittal of a previous Construction Documents Application, then the Agency shall be entitled to an additional fifteen (15) days to review and determine whether such subsequent Construction Documents Application is a Complete Application.

Related to Construction Documents Application

  • Construction Documents means the plans, specifications, approved change orders, revisions, addenda and other information approved by the City, which set forth in detail the Work to be performed for a construction Project.

  • Application Documents means collectively: (i) the grant application submitted by Grantee, including all exhibits, schedules, appendices and attachments thereto; (ii) all documents, correspondence and other written materials submitted in respect of such grant application; and (iii) all amendments, modifications or supplements to any of the foregoing approved in writing by City.

  • Design Documents means, collectively and as applicable, the Conceptual Design Documents, Schematic Design Documents, the Design Development Documents and the Construction Documents prepared by the Trade Contractor.

  • Construction Schedule means a construction schedule indicating the planned start and completion dates of the major activities of the Work as set out in Appendix [ ], a future Appendix;

  • Construction Agreements means agreements to which Tenant is a party for Construction Work, rehabilitation, alteration, repair, replacement or demolition performed pursuant to this Lease.

  • Acquisition Documents means the Acquisition Agreement, all other agreements to be entered into between the Target or its Affiliates and Holdings or its Affiliates in connection with the Acquisition and all schedules, exhibits and annexes to each of the foregoing and all side letters, instruments and agreements affecting the terms of the foregoing or entered into in connection therewith.

  • Construction Completion Certificate means a document:

  • Construction Plans means plans, drawings, specifications and related documents, and construction schedules for the construction of the Project, together with all supplements, amendments or corrections, submitted by the Developer and approved by the City in accordance with this Agreement.

  • RFP Documents means the following documents to be entered into by the parties to the respective agreements in connection with the supply of power:

  • Construction Contracts means the contracts between Lessee and Contractors for the furnishing of labor, services or materials to the Leased Premises in connection with the construction of the Improvements.

  • Schematic Design Documents means drawings prepared by the Trade Contractor that illustrate the scale and relationship of the various Trade Contractor Work components and which also contain square footage and volume calculations for the building interior spaces, building exterior spaces, and major architectural and interior finishes.

  • construction site means a workplace where construction work is being performed;

  • Construction Budget means the fully-budgeted costs for the acquisition and construction of a given parcel of real property (including, without limitation, the cost of acquiring such parcel of real property, reserves for construction interest and operating deficits, tenant improvements, leasing commissions, and infrastructure costs) as reasonably determined by the Parent in good faith.

  • Construction waste means solid waste which is produced or generated during construction, remodeling, or repair of pavements, houses, commercial buildings, and other structures. Construction wastes include, but are not limited to lumber, wire, sheetrock, broken brick, shingles, glass, pipes, concrete, paving materials, and metal and plastics if the metal or plastics are a part of the materials of construction or empty containers for such materials. Paints, coatings, solvents, asbestos, any liquid, compressed gases or semi-liquids and garbage are not construction wastes.

  • Project Documents means all documents relating to the Construction Loan, Mortgage Loan and Construction Contract. It shall also include all documents required by any governmental agency having jurisdiction over the Apartment Housing in connection with the development, construction and financing of the Apartment Housing, including but not limited to, the approved Plans and Specifications for the development and construction of the Apartment Housing.

  • RFP Project Documents means the following documents to be entered into in respect of the Project, by the parties to the respective agreements:

  • Contract Documents means the documents listed in the Contract Agreement, including any amendments thereto.
