Construction Engineer definition

Construction Engineer means an engineer appointed under section 62(1);
Construction Engineer means a firm of architects or engineers employed by the City in connection with the design and supervision of the construction of a particular phase of any Project who is independent and who, in the case of an individual, must not be a member of the Council or an officer or employee of the City and, in the case of a firm, must not have a partner, director, officer or employee who is a member of the City Council or who is an officer or employee of the City.
Construction Engineer on Record means a civil engineer registered with Institution of Engineers as Chartered Engineer on possessing the qualifications prescribed by Institution of Engineers India.

More Definitions of Construction Engineer

Construction Engineer means a professional engineer licensed to practice in Virginia, hired from time to time by the applicable Developer Party to oversee any portion of the Project Work for Phase VI. Each additional or successor Construction Engineer shall be engaged by a Developer Party only after approval by Authority, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.
