Construction Monitor definition

Construction Monitor means the independent engineering firm then serving as independent engineer to the FinanceCo Agent under the FinanceCo Credit Facility. As of the Effective Date, the Construction Monitor is Xxxxx Xxxx LaSalle Americas, Inc., an independent engineering firm.

Construction Monitor means Xxxxx Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc., an independent engineering firm serving as independent engineer under this Agreement, or any successor independent engineer approved pursuant to the terms of the Development Agreement.
