Construction Provisions means the terms and conditions for construction of the Project as set forth in the Construction Provisions attached hereto as Exhibit “C”, and all referenced and incorporated attachments thereto, including, but not limited to the General Conditions and Supplemental General Conditions.
Construction Provisions attached as EXHIBIT C hereto shall govern with regard to work to be completed at Tenant's expense ("Tenant's Work"). Landlord has no obligation and has made no promise to alter, remodel, decorate, paint or otherwise improve the Premises or any part thereof and Tenant shall accept the Premises in an "as is" condition with all faults.

Examples of Construction Provisions in a sentence

  • Developer's Safety Plan shall comply with all provisions regarding Project safety, including all applicable provisions in these Construction Provisions.

  • If a conflict exists in the Contract Documents, these Construction Provisions shall control over the Facilities Lease, which shall control over the Site Lease, which shall control over Division 1 Documents, which shall control over Division 2 through Division 49 documents, which shall control over figured dimensions, which shall control over large-scale drawings, which shall control over small-scale drawings.

  • Developer shall provide to District, Construction Manager, and Architect a schedule in conformance with the Contract Documents and as required in these Construction Provisions.

  • Developer shall notify the District pursuant to the claims provisions in these Construction Provisions of any anticipated delay and its cause.

More Definitions of Construction Provisions

Construction Provisions means those provisions in the Lease relating to the construction of the Building of which the Premises are a part, including, but not limited to Article IV. Such Construction Provisions shall have no applicability in determining Subtenants rights and obligations hereunder.
Construction Provisions means clauses [ ] of the Principal Contract.
Construction Provisions means the terms and conditions for construction of the Project as set forth in Exhibit “D3”, as modified by Exhibit “D1” and Exhibit “D2”.
Construction Provisions means the provisions set forth on Exhibit D attached hereto and incorporated into this Lease by reference.

Related to Construction Provisions

  • Construction Agreements means agreements to which Tenant is a party for Construction Work, rehabilitation, alteration, repair, replacement or demolition performed pursuant to this Lease.

  • Construction Agreement as used in this subsection means an agreement between Seller and any contractor or subcontractor to install the System;

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.

  • Construction waste means solid waste which is produced or generated during construction, remodeling, or repair of pavements, houses, commercial buildings, and other structures. Construction wastes include, but are not limited to lumber, wire, sheetrock, broken brick, shingles, glass, pipes, concrete, paving materials, and metal and plastics if the metal or plastics are a part of the materials of construction or empty containers for such materials. Paints, coatings, solvents, asbestos, any liquid, compressed gases or semi-liquids and garbage are not construction wastes.

  • Completion of Construction means the date, as determined by the Division after consultation with the Recipient, that the work of building and erection of the Project is substantially complete, and is identified in Exhibit A of this Agreement.

  • Construction Schedule means a construction schedule indicating the planned start and completion dates of the major activities of the Work as set out in Appendix [ ], a future Appendix;

  • GENERAL AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT means the instructions to Tenderer and General and special conditions of contract pertaining to the work for which above tenders have been called for.

  • Original construction means the first or initial construction

  • Residential construction means construction on single-family or two-family dwellings occupied or used, or intended to be occupied or used, primarily for residential purposes, and includes real property pursuant to chapter 499B.

  • Existing construction means any structure for which the "start of construction" commenced before the effective date of the initial floodplain management code or ordinance adopted by the community as a basis for that community's participation in the NFIP.

  • Building construction means any physical activity on the site involved in the erection of a structure, cladding, external finish, formwork, fixture, fitting of service installation and the unloading of plant, machinery, materials or the like.

  • Subordination Provisions has the meaning specified in Section 8.01(l).

  • Construction and demolition waste means waste from building materials, debris and rubble resulting from construction, remodeling, repair and demolition operations;

  • Construction Services Agreement means this Construction Services Agreement, together with any duly authorized and executed amendments hereto.

  • Direct Construction Cost shall have the meaning set forth in Article 11.

  • General Conditions means the “International Development Association General Conditions for Credits and Grants”, dated July 1, 2005 (as amended through October 15, 2006).
