  • Neither Consultant nor Consultant Representatives nor their employees or agents will use, copy, alter, distribute, or modify any of the Work Product or Owner’s Works for any purpose other than the Services without Owner’s express written consent, including after any termination of this Agreement.

  • Consultant shall be totally responsible and liable for all acts and omissions of Consultant Representatives to the same extent Consultant is responsible and liable for the acts and omissions of parties directly employed by Consultant.
