Project Management Consultant means --------------Not Applicable --------------
Project Staff means the personnel of Contractor and Subcontractors who provide the Work.
Training manager means the individual responsible for administering a training program and monitoring the performance of principal instructors and guest instructors.
Sub-consultant means an entity to whom the Consultant intends to subcontract any part of the Services while the Consultant remains responsible to the Procuring Entity during the whole performance of the Contract.
Consultant Company means for an individual consultant, a company or partnership of which the individual is an employee, shareholder or partner;
Subconsultant means any person or entity to whom/which the Consultant subcontracts any part of the Services in accordance with the provisions of GCC Clause 50.
Non-Consultant Services means services under the Project, which services will be bid and contracted on the basis of performance of measurable physical outputs.
Project Director means an employee of the Recipient designated by the Authorized Representative to be responsible for the overall management of the administrative and technical aspects of the executed Agreement. The Project Director is set forth in Section 2 of this Agreement.
Educational personnel means persons who must meet requirements pursuant to state law as a condition of employment in educational programs.

Consultant means any person, including an advisor, engaged by the Company or a Parent or Subsidiary to render services to such entity.
Senior Management Personnel means personnel of the company who are members of its core management team excluding Board of Directors. Normally, this would comprise all members of management one level below the executive directors, including all functional heads.
Key Management Personnel means persons having authority and responsibility for planning, directing and controlling the activities of the Company, directly or indirectly, including any Director (whether executive or otherwise) of the Company;
Consulting physician means a physician who is qualified by specialty or experience to make a professional diagnosis and prognosis regarding the patient's disease.
Consulting Engineer /"Consultant" shall mean any firm or person duly appointed as such from time to time by the owner.
Key Personnel means those persons named in the Specification as being key personnel.
Medical director means any physician licensed under Iowa Code chapter 148, 150, or 150A who shall be responsible for overall medical direction of the service program and who has completed a medical director workshop, sponsored by the department, within one year of assuming duties.
Construction Consultant means a third-party architect or engineer selected and retained by Funding Lender, at the cost and expense of Borrower, to monitor the progress of construction and/or rehabilitation of the Project and to inspect the Improvements to confirm compliance with this Borrower Loan Agreement.
Consulting Engineers means the independent engineer or engineering firm or corporation employed in connection with any Project to perform and carry out the duties of the Consulting Engineer under this Indenture or any Supplemental Indenture.
Non-Executive Director Means any director who is not an Executive Director.
Executive Mayor means the councillor elected as the executive mayor of the municipality in terms of section 55 of the Municipal Structures Act;
Local director means the director or his designated representative of the local department of the
Non-Executive Directors means the Directors who are not in whole time employment of the Company.
CCLS Chief means the manager, or successor, of Central Contracts and Legal Services or successor section or office.
Support staff means those staff holding a Part-66 aircraft maintenance licence in category B1, B2 and/or B3 with the appropriate aircraft ratings, working in a base maintenance environment while not necessarily holding certification privileges.
Medical Review Officer (MRO) means a licensed physician responsible for receiving and reviewing laboratory results generated by the school district’s drug testing program and for evaluating medical explanations for certain drug tests.
