Consumers Price Index definition

Consumers Price Index means the All Urban Consumers Price Index (all items less energy, not seasonally adjusted (Series ID CUUR0000SA0LE) as reported by the BLS.

Should the Bureau discontinue the publication of the above index, or publish same less frequently, or alter same in some other manner, then Lessor shall adopt a substitute index or substitute procedure which reasonably reflects and monitors consumer prices.
