Content Subscription definition

Content Subscription means the right of Customer to receive content applicable to an Offering (e.g., models, templates, searches, playbooks, rules and configurations, as described in the relevant Documentation) on a periodic basis over the applicable Term. Content Subscriptions are purchased as an add-on service and are identified in an Order.

Content Subscription means any subscription by the Customer for any Content or Package other than a Fixed Term Subscription;

Content Subscription means certain entitlement for Customer to receive a collection of updated contents applicable to the licensed Software (such as models, rules and configurations, as further described in the relevant end user documentation for the licensed Software) on a periodic basis for the duration of the subscription period. This can be purchased as an add-on service to the term license to the applicable licensed Software as identified in the applicable Order.

  • Subscription Software means software provided and hosted in the Computing Environment by SAP on a subscription basis as part of the HEC Subscription offering as identified in the Order Form.

  • Purchase Order means the form or format a Customer uses to make a purchase under the Contract (e.g., a formal written purchase order, electronic purchase order, procurement card, contract or other authorized means).

  • Subscriber means the subscriber to the Memorandum.

  • Subscriber Data means all data, information and other content provided by or on behalf of Subscriber to the Service, including that which the Account Users input or upload to the Service.
