Contingent Fund definition

Contingent Fund means the fund created pursuant to Sec. 4.03, MGO.
Contingent Fund means the fund herein so designated and designed to provide for contingencies and for improvements, betterments and extensions of the System, as established by the provisions of Section 7.07 hereof.
