Contingent Shares definition

Contingent Shares shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.1.
Contingent Shares means the shares of Original Common Stock or Series B Common Stock that are issued to satisfy the Company's obligation to pay a Contingent Payment Amount (as defined in the Securities Purchase Agreement).
Contingent Shares has the meaning set forth in Section 7.13(c)(i).

More Definitions of Contingent Shares

Contingent Shares means the shares of the Premier Common Stock issued by the Company to the Holder pursuant to the terms of the Class C Warrant and the Class D Warrant.
