Continuation Pay definition

Continuation Pay means those payments so described in Section 8.2 hereof.

  • A Separation from Service has occurred on the first day of the Participant’s salary continuation leave taken under the Company’s Salary Continuation Pay Plan.

Secs. 300bb-1 through 300bb-8, the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA), 38 U.S.C. Secs. 4301 through 4335, or the public employees benefits board's policies.

  • Continuation Date means any date on which Borrower continues a LIBOR Advance into another Interest Period.

  • Benefit Period means the period of time from the date of the Accident causing the Injury for which benefits are payable, as shown in the Schedule of Benefits, and the date after which no further benefits will be paid.

  • Pay Period means a two (2) calendar week period beginning on a Sunday and ending on the second Saturday thereafter.
