Continued competency definition

Continued competency means a planned learning experience relating to the scope of "physical therapy" practice as defined by KRS 327.010(1) if the subject is intervention, examination, research, documentation, education, or management of a health care delivery system.
Continued competency means the method by which a nurse or certified nursing assistant maintains or refines practice knowledge, skills and abilities, which can occur through a formal education program, continuing education, or clinical practice, and is expected to continue throughout the individual’s career.
