Continuing Disclosure Documents means (a) annual continuing disclosure reports filed with the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s (“MSRB), (b) event notices and any other filings with the MSRB, and (c) debt reports filed with the California Debt and Investment Advisory Commission (CDIAC).
