Contract Change Request definition

Contract Change Request or “CCR” means a written request by the Design- Builder for a Change to the Design-Build Contract. A Contract Change Request does not authorize the Design-Builder to perform the requested change, but may trigger the issuance of either a Change Order or a Construction Change Directive by the Authority.
Contract Change Request has the meaning set forth in Section 7.2.
Contract Change Request and “CCR” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.1.

  • Advance Request means a request for an Advance submitted by Borrower to Lender in substantially the form of Exhibit A.

  • TENDER SPECIFICATIONS means the Scope of Work, Special Instructions / Conditions, Technical specifications/requirement , Appendices, Site Information and drawings pertaining to the work and any other relevant reference in the Tender Document for which the Bidder are required to submit their offer.
