Contract Query Notice definition

Contract Query Notice means a notice setting out in reasonable detail the nature of a Contract Query;

  • Unless the Contract Query Notice has been withdrawn, the Customer and the Service Provider must meet to discuss the Contract Query and any related Excusing Notice within ten (10) Working Days following the date of the Contract Query Notice.

  • Redirection Notice shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 14(c).

  • Collection Notice means a notice, in substantially the form of Annex A to Exhibit VI, from the Administrative Agent to a Collection Bank.

  • Email Notice means a short form of notice that shall be sent by email to Settlement Class members who agreed to receive account statements by email in the form attached as Exhibit 1.

  • Reduction Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 1.3.
