Contract Query Notice definition

Contract Query Notice means a notice setting out in reasonable detail the nature of a Contract Query;
Contract Query Notice has the meaning given to it in clause 32.4; “Contract Transition Period” has the meaning given to it in clause 2.1; (12) calendar months commencing on 1 April, provided that the final Contract Year shall be such period as commences on the 1 April that falls in the year in which this Agreement expires or is terminated (for whatever reason) and ends on the Expiry Date or termination date pursuant to clause 35, whichever is the earlier;
Contract Query Notice means a notice setting out in reasonable detail the nature of a Contract Query Enactments: means directives, statutes, regulations, orders, instruments, national and governmental codes of practice and best practice guidelines or other similar instruments as the same may be amended, replaced or re-enacted by any subsequent directive, statute, regulation, order, instrument, code or guidelines and references to any statute shall also include any secondary legislation made under it and references in the Contract to a specific Enactment shall be construed on this basis

  • If the Authority has a Contract Query it may issue a Contract Query Notice to the Provider.

  • Calling Name Delivery Service (CNDS) means a service that enables a terminating End User to identify the calling Party by a displayed name before a call is answered. The calling Party’s name is retrieved from a calling name database and delivered to the End User’s premise between the first and second ring for display on compatible End User premises equipment.

  • Reminder Notice means a notice in writing issued in accordance with clause 7.1(1)(a).

  • Opt-Out Notice has the meaning specified therefor in Section 2.02(a) of this Agreement.

  • Due notice means notice published at least twice, with an interval of at least six days between the two publication dates, in a newspaper or other publication of general circulation within the appropriate area; or, if no such publication of general circulation be available, by posting at a reasonable number of conspicuous places within the appropriate area, such posting to include, where possible, posting at public places where it may be customary to post notices concerning county or municipal affairs generally. At any hearing held pursuant to such notice, at the time and place designated in such notice, adjournment may be made from time to time without the necessity of renewing such notice for such adjourned dates.

  • Redirection Notice shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 14(c).

  • Collection Notice means a notice, in substantially the form of Annex A to Exhibit VI, from the Agent to a Collection Bank or any similar or analogous notice from the Agent to a Collection Bank.

  • Publication Notice means the summary notice of proposed Settlement and hearing for publication substantially in the form attached as Exhibit 3 to Exhibit A.
