Contract Query definition

Contract Query means: a query on the part of the Authority in relation to the performance or non-performance by the Provider of any obligation on its part under this Contract; or a query on the part of the Provider in relation to the performance or non-performance by the Authority of any obligation on its part under this Contract, as appropriate

Examples of Contract Query in a sentence

  • If the Authority has a Contract Query it may issue a Contract Query Notice to the Provider.

  • Unless the Contract Query Notice has been withdrawn, the Authority and the Provider must meet to discuss the Contract Query and any related Excusing Notice within 10 Business Days following the date of the Contract Query Notice.

More Definitions of Contract Query

Contract Query means a Party: (a) has a query regarding the other’s performance; or (b) considers a performance deficiency has occurred under this Agreement; or (c) considers there has been a breach of a term of this Agreement; “Contract Query Notice” means a written notice setting out the nature and details (to the extent reasonably practicable) of a Contract Query;

  • Interconnection Customer means a Generation Interconnection Customer and/or a Transmission Interconnection Customer.

  • Unscheduled Downtime means any time when any or all of the applications and Services provided by the Supplier to the Customer shall be unavailable to the Customer due to unexpected system failures other than Scheduled Downtime or the downtime is attributable to events not under the control of the Supplier.

  • Network Customer means an entity receiving transmission service pursuant to the terms of the Transmission Provider’s Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III.

  • Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.

  • Product Schedule means the “Product Schedule” that forms part of the Contract.
