Contract Sales definition

Contract Sales means the total dollar amount of vacation ownership interest products under purchase agreements signed during the period where the Company has received a down payment of at least ten percent (10%) of the contract price, net of upgrades, before first-day incentives.
Contract Sales means the sum of (i) the gross sale price paid or to be paid to a third party in a fee for service transaction or arrangement for the initial sale or re-sale of interests held by third parties in Vacation Ownership Properties, and (ii) gross sale price paid or to be paid for the initial sale or re-sale of interests held in Vacation Ownership Properties, regardless of whether any part thereof is financed. For the avoidance of doubt, the Contract Sales excludes maintenance fees, management fees, dues, exchange fees, enrollment fees, closing costs, transaction costs, including brokerage commissions and expenses, applicable Taxes paid by an owner of Vacation Ownership Business or its Affiliates or gross up for Taxes paid by purchasers, or interest or financing charges with respect to financed purchases.

  • A notice of ODOT’s default of this Contract must be sent to the Procurement Manager of the ODOT Office of Contract Sales.

Related to Contract Sales

  • Contract Sales Price means the total consideration received by the Company for the sale of an Investment.

For purposes of this definition only: “Vertically Integrated Utility” means a utility that owns generation, includes such generation in a non-bypassable charge in its regulated rates, earns a regulated return on its investment in such generation, and that as of the date of its request for a Self Supply Exemption, has not divested more than seventy-five percent of its generation assets owned on May 20, 1996; and “Single Customer Entity” means an LSE that serves at retail only customers that are under common control with such LSE, where such control means holding 51% or more of the voting securities or voting interests of the LSE and all its retail customers.

  • Sales Report means a report in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit B “Royalty Report Form”.

  • DEVELOPMENTAL SERVICES means therapies, typically provided by a qualified professional using a treatment plan, that are intended to lessen deficiencies in normal age appropriate function. This plan covers developmental services unless specifically listed as not covered.

  • Net Sales Revenue shall have the meaning as set out in Schedule "A"

  • Project Revenues means revenues derived from the service of Project Water to Contractors and others, and from the sale or other disposal of electrical energy generated in connection with operation of Project Facilities.

  • Licensed Services means all functions performed by the Licensed System.

  • Contract Work means everything required to be furnished and done by the Contractor by any one or more of the parts of the Contract referred to in Article 1, except Extra Work as hereinafter defined.
