Contract Terms & Conditions means the attached conditions including any schedules, annexes and appendices that will govern the Contract entered into between the successful Tenderer and the Authority, should the Authority award a Contract as a result of this competition.

  • Standard Terms and Conditions or “Standard Terms” means these terms and conditions for the grant of the Loan to the Borrower by ABFL.
