Contracted Demand definition

Contracted Demand means the demand specified in the agreement between the consumer and the Licensee engaged in the business of supplying electricity to him.
Contracted Demand means the Load in kilovolt amperes (KVA) / KW, mutually agreed to between the Licensee and Consumer as entered in the Agreement.
Contracted Demand or Contracted Maximum Demand” means the maximum demand the consumer intends to put on the system, as described in Clause 2.2.35 and is so specified in the supply agreement between the parties.”

Contracted Demand. (CD), means, the KW/KVA/HP demand specified in the agreement.
