Contracted Service Cities definition

Contracted Service Cities means those Service Cities at which Pinnacle contracts with a third party for performance of substantially all Ground Handling Functions and for required facilities, excluding Hub Cities.
Contracted Service Cities means (i) as of the Effective Date, the Service Cities listed on Exhibit A attached hereto, and (ii) from time to time after the Effective Date, those Service Cities and which are so designated as a Contracted Service City pursuant to Section 4.02(a) at which a third party performs substantially all Ground Handling Functions, excluding Hub Cities, provided that a Contracted Service City shall, in any event, include without limitation those Service Cities where a third party performs below wing services. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, any subsidiaries or affiliates of Delta and Pinnacle, to the extent Pinnacle performs such services pursuant to a separate agreement with Delta, shall be considered “third partiesfor purposes of this definition.

Examples of Contracted Service Cities in a sentence

  • Any additional security equipment required due to future Governmental Regulations shall be provided by Pinnacle at its sole expense at Pinnacle Service Cities and Contracted Service Cities, and shall be provided by Northwest at its sole expense at Hub Cities and Northwest Service Cities.

  • At Pinnacle Service Cities and Contracted Service Cities, Pinnacle is solely responsible for all or its allocated share of all maintenance expenses associated with all security equipment and all or its allocated share of all personnel expenses (including overtime) associated with the operation of the equipment and all airport security related functions, including, without limitation, passenger screening and activities related to security directives imposed by Governmental Regulations.

  • In Delta Service Cities or Contracted Service Cities where Delta has directly contracted with the ground handler to provide Ground Handling Functions, Delta will provide all passenger amenities, including but not limited to baggage delivery, at its sole cost.

  • To the extent that SkyWest is operating any SkyWest Service Cities, or its designee is operating any Contracted Service Cities, SkyWest or its contractor will comply with Midwest’s fuel reporting procedures.

  • At mutually agreeable Contracted Service Cities, SkyWest shall provide the Ground Handling Functions utilizing a contract agent.

  • Contracted Services means medical services, nursing services, health-related services, ancillary services, or environmental services provided according to a documented agreement between a health care institution and the person providing the medical services, nursing services, health-related services, ancillary services, or environmental services.
