The ESCO must complete the installation of the EPC Solutions on or before the Contractual Completion Date unless agreed otherwise.
In the event that the conditions in Clauses 14(i)(v) above are met, the Agency shall, by notice in writing to the ESCO within seven (7) days of the receipt by the Agency of the ESCO's notice given, grant a reasonable extension to the Contractual Completion Date.
