Controlled Function means persons who have applied to be or are performing the function of directors, senior officers, managers, officers, shareholders, and licensed professional directors in accordance with the relevant legislation, and includes any function not listed in this definition in respect of which a fit and proper assessment is required pursuant to a regulatory law or the Money Laundering Regulations.
