Conversion Rate Business Day definition

Conversion Rate Business Day means a day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which commercial banks are open for general business and dealings in foreign exchange in the jurisdiction or place specified as such in the relevant Final Terms, or if no such jurisdiction or place is specified in the relevant Final Terms, the Settlement Currency Jurisdiction, Denomination Currency Jurisdiction and, if Cross Currency Exchange Rate is specified as applicable in the relevant Final Terms, the Cross Currency Jurisdiction;
Conversion Rate Business Day means a day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which commercial banks are open for general business and dealings in foreign exchange in the jurisdiction or place specified as such in the relevant Pricing Supplement, or if no such jurisdiction or place is specified in the relevant Pricing Supplement, the Settlement Currency Jurisdiction, Denomination Currency Jurisdiction and, if Cross Currency Exchange Rate is specified as applicable in the relevant Pricing Supplement, the Cross Currency Jurisdiction;

Examples of Conversion Rate Business Day in a sentence

  • Conversion Rate or Denomination Currency Conversion Rate or Settlement Currency Conversion Rate (which is being determined for the purposes of determining the Conversion Rate), a Conversion Rate Business Day.

  • In respect of the Early Redemption Amount, the Conversion Rate Business Day immediately prior to the relevant date on which the relevant payment falls due.

Related to Conversion Rate Business Day

  • Conversion Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4(a).

  • Rebalance Business Day means any day which is a, Exchange Business Day and also a day on which commercial banks and foreign exchange markets settle payment in the country in which the relevant Reference Asset is admitted to trading or any other day designated as a Rebalance Business Day by the Issuer.

  • Reference Rate Determination Date means, in relation to any Reference Rate Business Day(i):

  • Grace Period Business Day means a day on which commercial banks and foreign exchange markets are generally open to settle payments in the place or places and on the days specified for that purpose in the relevant Obligation and if a place or places are not so specified, in the jurisdiction of the Obligation Currency.

  • RFR Business Day means, for any Obligations, interest, fees, commissions or other amounts denominated in Dollars, any day except for (i) a Saturday, (ii) a Sunday or (iii) a day on which the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association recommends that the fixed income departments of its members be closed for the entire day for purposes of trading in United States government securities.

  • SOFR Business Day means any day except for (i) a Saturday, (ii) a Sunday or (iii) a day on which the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association recommends that the fixed income departments of its members be closed for the entire day for purposes of trading in United States government securities.

  • Weekly Rate Period means any period of time during which a Group of 2020 Series D Variable Rate Bonds bears interest at the Weekly Rate.

  • Determination Business Day means a day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which commercial banks are open for general business (including dealings in foreign exchange) in Hong Kong, London and New York City;

  • Base Rate Term SOFR Determination Day has the meaning specified in the definition of “Term SOFR”.

  • Euro Business Day means any day on which the Trans-European Automated Real-Time Gross Settlement Express Transfer (TARGET) System, or any successor system, is open for business.

  • Subsequent Fixed Rate Period means for the initial Subsequent Fixed Rate Period, the period commencing on April 1, 2022 and ending on and including March 31, 2027 and for each succeeding Subsequent Fixed Rate Period, the period commencing on the day immediately following the end of the immediately preceding Subsequent Fixed Rate Period and ending on and including March 31 in the fifth year thereafter.

  • Interest Conversion Price means, with respect to any Interest Date, that price which shall be computed as 100.0% of the arithmetic average of the Weighted Average Price of the Common Stock on each of the ten (10) consecutive Trading Days immediately preceding the applicable Interest Date (each, an “Interest Measuring Period”). All such determinations to be appropriately adjusted for any stock split, stock dividend, stock combination or other similar transaction during such period.
