Conveyance Facilities definition

Conveyance Facilities means the proposed new delta conveyance facilities described as part of the Proposed Action in the 2016 Biological Assessment for the California WaterFix and as further described as Alternative 4A in the 2016 Final Environmental Impact Report/Environmental Impact Study for the Bay Delta Conservation Plan/California WaterFix.
Conveyance Facilities means those facilities and equipment required to convey Conserved Water to the Banking Off-Take through the Northern Pipeline, including a 220-mile, 30-inch steel pipeline, up to six pump stations, and water treatment facilities. These facilities will be operated by FGMWC or its designee, under the management and oversight of FVWA.
